Retreats allows listeners to go deep within themselves, held in the comfort of a safe environment.  We have shared our experience at yoga studios, meditation retreat centers, beaches and wellness resorts in Costa Rica, Australia, Dominican Republic, Bali, Guatemala, and Egypt.  We love joining existing retreats or can create a program specific to your group's needs.
